Will I get to talk to each Planner?

Yes, you will have fifteen minutes of “face-to-face” time with each planner during Marketplace. Your appointments will be pre-scheduled for you by YMRC. There are additional networking opportunities through shared meal periods and we encourage you to take advantage of the informal setting to get to know more about the planners’ needs.

What do I need to bring to the Reunion Planner's Marketplace?

You need to bring plenty of business cards, your profile sheets (must be 3-hole punched) and/or up to two (2) sheets of sales collateral, (must be 3-hole punched) and don’t forget to pack your smile

Do I to setup a Trade Show style booth?

The short answer is, no. The long answer is, with YMRC being the official innovator of pre-scheduled face-to-face appointments for the Military Market, we felt the booth method is more ‘old school’ and a much less effective approach when selling. The appointments we offer provides you with the quality time you deserve with each and every attending Planner. In addition, YMRC saves you time and money! How? No shipping your booth items, and no setting up a booth! You will find the "appointment only" format allows you to have more quality time to ‘sell’ your destination and/or venue to the Military Reunion Planners you will meet.

How many Planners will I meet with?

YMRC pre-qualifies our Planners and you can expect to meet with up to 20-25 planners representing up to 15 – 20 different military reunion groups.

What if I need to cancel? (Our Refund Policy)

YMRC requires a sixty (60) day notice in writing for any cancellations. Less than 60 days notice from the date of the event, there are no refund or transfers.
