Starting today (03/23/2020), YMRC Military Reunion Planners and YMRC Suppliers will be able to begin making reservations. 

How to make reservations:

  • Online
    • Reservations can be made online with your Group’s personalized online code.
    • Go to the hotel’s website (I recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox)
    • https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/buffalo/millennium-buffalo/
    • Enter dates of stay
    • Then click advanced search (do not hit “Book Now” yet)
    • In the box that says “Use a Group Code” type your specialized group code: 2008YMRC20
    • Click “Book Now”
    • YMRC will be displayed on the screen, along with your contracted rates and room types.
    • You will be able to book/check out from there.
  • Via Phone
    • Reservations can be made by phone by calling 716-681-2400
    • Indicate that you are traveling to Buffalo, NY and then state you are with YMRC

Reservations will need to be secured by 7/31/2020.
