NO! However, YMRC will assist you in acquiring the knowledge, confidence in yourself and the know how so you can plan your own successful and memorable reunions!
In order to maintain an appropriate learning environment, as well as space constraints and safety issues, non-registered adult guests, infants, and children are not allowed to participate in YMRC activities.
Each Host Hotel has their own policy for allowing pets in the rooms, you may contact the hotel and talk with them about their pet policy. As to bringing pets to the Conferences, Marketplace or tours, we are sorry but no pets will be allowed in the Workshops, Marketplace or on any of the tours in consideration of those who may have pet allergies.
Exceptions and accommodations will be made for Service Animals which perform functions and tasks that the individual with a disability cannot perform for him or herself. But please remember, a service animal is typically not a family pet. If you have a service animal, please let us know in advance so that we may work with our Hosts to provide facilities and accommodations that meet your needs
It varies, please contact us and we can let you know if the YMRC Conference host hotel will be offering a special courtesy pre and post-conference stay at a reduced rate to YMRC attendees. You may use the Contact Us form to obtain this information

Yes, attendance is mandatory at all of the Conference meetings and tours. Attendance exceptions will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you fail to attend all of the scheduled sessions without pre-authorized absence, then you may be charged the full cost of the workshop and hotel room. No, Your Military Reunion Connections (YMRC) is owned and operated by Debbie Stewart (See Bio and Credentials HERE)
Price varies on whether one or two representatives from a reunion group will attend. Currently, the registration Fee is $99.00 per person or $149.00 for two(2) sharing the same room. Only one room per reunion group, please.
NO! Membership is free for qualified Military Reunion Planners
Bring all of the information you have available about your past and future reunions. It will be to your advantage to have totals attendance for past reunions, how many rooms were booked, what tours you went on, whether your group has a banquet, a memorial service, etc. You also need to have the same information available for a future reunion. Additionally, you should bring business cards with your contact information on them to give to Exhibitors and other planners. We encourage you to not only give out your business card to other attendees but also ask other attendees for theirs in return.
NO! However, we encourage you to participate in the roundtable group discussions and to discuss with other planners what your needs are for your next reunion. And remember, all planners have a “first-time” experience at a planners workshop. So, don’t be bashful about asking questions and the only “Dumb Question” is the one you didn’t ask.
By all means, we will strive to meet your needs. Please let us know on your registration form of all your special needs. Working with the host hotel will we provide handicap rooms, buses that are accessible and have storage for wheelchairs and/or mobility scooters. But remember, all special needs must be requested at the time of registration in order for us to properly meet those needs,
